We value the safety and security of all participants in our online sessions. To ensure safeguarding measures are in place, please be aware of the following:

Recording Notice: All sessions conducted via Zoom will be recorded for safeguarding purposes. By participating in our sessions, you consent to being recorded.

 

Expected Behaviour: We expect all participants to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during the sessions. This includes:

 

1) Respectful Communication: Please communicate with others in a respectful and courteous manner. Avoid using offensive language or disruptive behaviour.

2) Participation: Actively engage in the session activities and discussions. Be attentive and contribute constructively to the learning environment.

3) Compliance with Guidelines: Adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided by the session facilitator or host. This includes following any rules regarding sharing content, muting microphones when not speaking, and utilising chat features responsibly.

Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful will not be tolerated. If a participant engages in such behaviour, they may be removed from the Zoom session immediately, without refund. This decision will be at the discretion of the session facilitator or host.
